The 2026 version of The Framework eBook has been updated to reflect contemporary evidence and clinical practice guidelines. This version also includes three specific additions to the main framework diagram, with the aim of enhancing healthcare practitioner’s understanding of an individual’s presentation in the areas of diagnosis, functional behaviours and prognosis.
The goal of these additions is to improve healthcare practitioner’s ability to make sense of, clearly articulate and help people understand their own condition, and improve capability to support people to develop skills to effectively self manage or engage in co-care when necessary.
